Overview
Pocket Pool Quest is a single-player pool puzzle game. The game does not require an account, chat, online matchmaking, camera access, microphone access, contacts access, or photo library access. Diamonds are game-only virtual currency; they are not purchased with real money in the game.
Information Stored On Your Device
The game stores local gameplay information on your device so the app can function properly. This may include unlocked levels, star ratings, best shot counts, music settings, sound settings, and reset-progress preferences.
This local information is stored with standard device storage and is not uploaded by the core game service. You can delete it by using the in-game reset option, deleting the app, or reinstalling the app.
Advertising And Third-Party Services
You may choose to watch a rewarded advertisement to receive bonus in-game diamonds. When advertising is enabled in the release build, the game uses third-party advertising services, including Chartboost. These services and their advertising partners may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, ad interaction data, approximate location, diagnostics, and technical device information to deliver, limit, measure, and prevent fraud in advertising.
The release build may also include a security or fraud-prevention service. Such a service may process technical device and app-integrity information to protect the app and prevent abuse. Third-party providers process information under their own privacy policies.
Where required, the game asks for App Tracking Transparency permission before accessing the Identifier for Advertisers for tracking. You can decline this permission in the prompt or change it later in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security, then Tracking.
How Information May Be Used
- To save game progress and settings on your device.
- To provide, limit, measure, and improve optional rewarded ads when advertising is enabled.
- To support security, fraud prevention, crash diagnosis, and technical operation.
- To respond to support requests that you send by email.
Children's Privacy
The app is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a support request, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it. Advertising and age-rating settings should be configured in App Store Connect for the intended audience before release.
Data Retention And Deletion
Local game progress remains on your device until you reset progress or delete the app. Support emails are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond to the request and maintain basic support records. Third-party advertising and security providers may retain information according to their own policies and legal obligations.
Your Choices
You can manage tracking permission in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security, then Tracking. You can also reset or delete local game data by using the app controls or deleting the app from your device.
International Processing
Information processed by advertising, analytics, security, or support providers may be handled in countries or regions outside your own, subject to applicable law and provider safeguards.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, SDK configuration, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made.
